The apartment is situated in a new and elegant residential area : Sculptured ceiling, marble entrance hall... The apartment building is seured with gardien and there is a parking in the basement. Even though the apartment is closed to the most popular avenue ‘Mohamed Avenue’, the environment is still very calm and quiet as the building was built just behind a pavement.

• One sitting room equipped with 2 sofa beds

• One american-style kichen, equipped with washing machine, fridge and other kitchen applicances.
• One bathroom with WC
• One equipped terrace garden
• Household applicances including washer and steam iron
• One television with cable service, all french channels are available (including channel TPS)
• One DVD player
• Air-conditioner & heater equipped in each room.
• A mobile with local marocan phone number will be furnish to you at your arrival in the rental.

Furthermore, we also provide with your rental: natural lin and silk curtains (made by local artisans). Handmade antique furnitures with wood carving of Chalaoui Art, tables in zellige mosaics style, carpets from Atlas... and a large choice of home appliances and equipements for your needs and ensure your comfortably stay.

Swimming Pool

A swimming pool is the best form of relaxation after a hard day sightseeing and discovering Marrakech. There is a very beautiful swimming pool near our apartment (about 50 meters from the apartment), as well as a seperate small pool for Children. (entrance fee charged)
